We accept prepaid payments only. All transactions are securely processed through PhonePe. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We are not responsible for any transaction failures or unauthorized use of your payment credentials.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: Accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Cancellations: Allowed only before the order has been shipped. Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

We strive to deliver products within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
