The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products that are returned without original packaging or tags.
Any personalized or customized items.

3. Refund Process

We may request photos of the product as proof of damage or defect.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will credit your refund within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
